Gazi Husrev-beg Mosque, Fehrat-pasha Mosque, the Orthodox Church of the Nativity, the Catholic Cathedral of the Heart of Jesus, and the Sephardic Synagogue are Sarajevo’s main places of worship, all situated in the city’s historical heart. Not far from one another geographically, they almost touch and caress each other, reminding of when Bosnia was considered the Jerusalem of Europe.
