Piergaetano Marchetti is one of the most notable Italian notary public. He is the chairman of RCS Media Group and RCS Quotidiani. He serves as Professor of Commercial Law at Bocconi University of Milan where he also serves as pro-rector. He also wrote several books on private and commercial law and has been an advisor for several institutions according to publishing and regulations matters.
