Fulvia Giachetti

Fulvia Giachetti is a Postdoctoral Researcher in political philosophy at Milan-Bicocca University, where she works on a project examining gender cyberviolence in democracies and also serves as a Teaching Assistant. She earned her Ph.D. in the history of contemporary political thought from La Sapienza University of Rome, focusing on the conceptual history of neoliberalism and its critiques. She was also an alumna of the Doctorate of Excellence at the School of Advanced Studies at the same university (SSAS). She is a Teaching Assistant in the History of Political Thought at La Sapienza University of Rome, a role she has also held at LUISS Guido Carli University and Ca’ Foscari University of Venice. Previously, she obtained a degree in Philosophy from La Sapienza University of Rome, where she wrote her thesis on philosophies of political performativity in post-structuralist thought, earning the “Lorella Cedroni” Prize. She is the co-director of Polemos. Materiali di Filosofia e Critica Sociale (Donzelli) and an editor of Studi Politici (Mimesis). Additionally, she is a member of the international research groups “Groupe d’études sur le néolibéralisme et les alternatives” and “Néolibéralisme et école de Francfort.” She has been a visiting scholar in Paris and New York and collaborates with Reset DOC.
